4-1. The Rights When a Worker Receives Wage
○ The wage should be paid on a fixed day every month.
○The wage should be directly paid to the worker himself/herself.
○The wage should be paid in cash that is available to spend.
○ Full wages should be paid.
○ You should receive your wage statement.
4-2. Minimum Wage and Additional Allowance
1) The minimum wage in 2026 is 10,320 won per hour!

Attention!
For an apprentice worker in accordance with a standard labor contract, the paid wage can be reduced by 10 % from the minimum wage up to 3 months from the beginning day of the apprentice work.
